Ok, so I've got my stats, I know after playing a certain amount of games I should be able to vote but after 58 games still a big fat nothing.
Apparently I've only been playing for two days, thirty one hours playing, etc.
Surely I should be able to vote now?

You need to play a little longer than 2 days. Most troublesome newbies take a very long time to learn the rules and to prevent newbie vote abuse, there's a certain amount of time everyone has to spend without votes when starting. Keep playing, you'll earn votes soon enough.
