I have played way more than ten games, and I still don't have these rights. Anyone know why? I've never gotten banned or anything

The rule used to be ten games, but now it takes quite a few more games to earn the vote. I think it might be time-based too, but the best thing is to be patient and keep playing, you'll get it eventually :)

I always like to think of them as 'privileges' rather than 'rights', as it reminds me to cherish them and use them wisely. I've seen far too many people have them removed for being too rash with them.
