Hey everyone!
I've been trying to fix this and I can't and it's driving me crazy.

I have a Mac, and when I go onto iSketch, a white box comes up. I read the FAQ, uninstalled and then reinstalled Flash, made sure 'Open using Rosetta' was checked, and tried it on two different web browsers (Firefox and Safari) and it's still white.
It'll show the Adobe Shockwave Player loading, will load and then it's just a white box.
I've also tried clearing the cache on Safari, but to no avail.
Can someone help? What am I doing wrong?

'Open using Rosetta' should not be necessary, since Adobe updated the Shockwave player to run native on Intel Macs. Also, you might try uninstalling Shockwave and reinstalling this version:

Good luck!

I am having the same issues - though I am in the process of fixing it.

I will post my solution if or when I have one. Yeah.

Okay - I got it to work, and with the latest Shockwave Player version 11.5.2.602

- First uninstall shockwave from your system, make sure that you delete the folder in Library / Application Support.
- Update your OS, and upgrade Safari to version 4.0.2
- Restart your computer
- Re-install Shockwave (hopefully you've deleted all the corrupted files)
- Open Safari
- Play some iSketch.

Note: doing this will basically delete your account. You'll lose your buddy list, icons, and ranking; meaning you're back to *NEWBIE* status for awhile.

edit - let me know if it worked for you.
