been playing isketch off and on for years, but there's still one thing I don't know how to do:

when you type a command such as /greet or /hug or whatever, only the last word in whatever you type is bolded. for example:

I type this in: /greet cool people
it comes out as: lambasted says hello to cool people!
I want it to be: lambasted says hello to cool people!

how do you get it so that the entire phrase you type is bolded? I know it's possible because I saw someone do it yesterday.

What I usually do is connect the words with a period like this....

/greet lambasted.hey.what's.up?

yeah, I've been using periods too since forever... but yesterday I saw someone use spaces and I was like...! how...? :D

Apparently its a Mac thing - we nonMac users have to join the words together somehow.

Another thing - on a Mac isK recognises some additional characters for your username. For example, my name could be S@ffron if I used a Mac......on a PC it comes up as S.ffron

If anyone here has a mac and doesn't know how to do it, and would like to have a go, this is how:
Press Alt + Space bar at the same time when you want to separate words.

Ta-da

PC also has an alt key.... and here's one I made earlier (not using space bar like mac though).



The same thing let's you have a blank space for an MSN name, whereas using space bar defaults it to your email address.

Ok Ok, since I just told Lemony Snicket how to do it without the usual torture that goes with these things I guess I will...

With numlock ON, you hold ALt and then press 0, 1, 6, 0 (on the number pad on the right, not the one along the top).

Ok, so Mac has the quicker and easier way but hey.

If, like me, you are on a laptop and don't have a num pad on the right you would have to copy the equivent character from character map.

Actually, if you're on a laptop... once you have turned NumLock on, you can use the letters/numbers M, J, K, L, U, I, O, 7, 8, & 9 - if you look at them you will see that they each have numbers printed (usually in blue) in the top right corner. Once you have turned NumLock on, those keys will type the blue numbers instead of their usual characters ... if you want to use the letters while NumLock is turned on you need to hold the Fn key down while you type.

Hmmm, doesn't work for me. Also, my numlock has always made me unable to click things.
