I read this newspaper article in the paper this morning.
It was about a French motorcyclist who was in Amsterdam somewhere. His bike got stolen while he was inside a house. Naturally he was upset when I came back outside, so someone tried to cheer him up by giving him a joint.

The French motorcyclist smoked the joint, took off his motorbike suit and walked through the streets naked. While he was running around naked, somebody else stole his motorbike suit...

A policeman came by and wanted to arrest him for walking around naked. He refused to go into the car, so the copper called for back-up.

When back-up arrived, bystanders thought the police were overreacting and called their practices 'nazi-like'. As a response, the high French motorcyclist gave the nazi salute and said 'sieg heil'; which resulted in another fine for him.

Lucky day for the French motorcyclist. But it was not over yet! As the police took off, they drove over a bystander's foot. She's now in the hospital with a rather bad foot injury.

Having been to Amsterdam a couple of times (and the street where it happened too) I can totally imagine what a scene that must have been
