Volunteer for Moderator?
I spend a lot of time in the game and have noticed that -- while I like it, and am constantly playing less chess to play more iSketch -- it's pretty lawless. I guess because there are so many rooms. Lots of bad talk (racism, threats, abuse, etc) when kids are or may be present, and a fair amount of rule breaking ("no letters" in particular).
So, I thought I'd ask. Do they need admin/mods? Anyone know how to volunteer? Thanks! |

Firstly, check the info under the HELP tab of the Instructions on iSketch - there is a section explaining a little about admins. Then you might choose to drop a line to iSketch feedback (info@isketch.net) and let them know you are interested in becoming an admin. They will take it from there.
LOL @ 'pretty lawless' - it's up to players to make the votes on violations, so that admins are alerted. If that doesn't happen, admins don't know and can't action. Also remember that not ALL actions taken by admins are seen by the other players, so they could be dealing with the situation in private. I've had a few whispers from admins in the past...it's a nice way to be dealt with if it's a first offence, or a mistake. |

Hey there Sophie, welcome to iSketch Forum :)
As Souly has said, all you really need to do in order to apply for an admin position is to contact Feedback at info@isketch.net. It really helps if you are a well-known, fair and friendly person. There was a great post made here by Clau, which explain good qualities to have as a potential admin. If you do indeed apply, then good luck for you :)
