Depends on what my prosthetic options are. If they're fancy and futuristic (chain saw, laser cannon, death claw.. all interchangeable of course) I'd opt for hand. If they're more common and contemporary I'll go with foot.

History makes me want to travel backwards, personal reasons make me want to travel forwards.
